EnviroCom is experienced in the design, delivery and evaluation of community awareness programs, including highly effective bin inspection programs. Programs, specifically designed to meet the needs of clients and to consider local factors and services, have proven to be effective in reducing contamination in kerbside waste streams. Experienced officers develop education materials, plan and monitor inspection zones, conduct on the ground inspections, collate and analyse data, formulate reports and handle resident communication. The programs aim to quantitatively reduce contamination to assure a cost and environmental benefit for major stakeholders in the recycling and organics industry whilst also educating residents at the individual level.
