As part of its reporting obligations to state government, Toowoomba Regional Council was required to monitor vehicle movements into 14 small landfill sites to collect a range of vehicle specific information for each deposit to landfill.  Due to the nature of the information required, visual assessment was to be undertaken.  EnviroCom’s proposal for an innovative combination of remote assessment technologies and staffed assessments was chosen to achieve the required outcomes within the limited project timeframes and budget.
